Hymns of Colonial
Singing in corporate worship is unique to the church. At Colonial, we value hymnsinging and recognize the comfort and joy that rich, theological texts can bring to us. We view singing together as a way of obeying the directive found in Colossians 3:16: “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Our prayer is that these favorite hymns of our church family will enrich not only our corporate worship, but also your private and family worship as you incorporate these hymns in your life during times when you are unable to join us. May each of you find strength and courage of heart through the valuable truths they contain.
All At Last Is Well
Arise My Soul Arise
Be Still My Soul
Before the Throne of God Above
Bow the Knee
Come Christians, Join to Sing
Complete in Thee
Fairest Lord Jesus
God Is Our Strength and Refuge
Hallelujah We Shall Rise
In Christ Alone
Lord, You've Been Faithful
Nearer, Still Nearer
Our Great Savior
Praise the Lord, Sing Hallelujah!
Rejoice The Lord Is King
Until Then
Arise My Soul Arise
Be Still My Soul
Before the Throne of God Above
Bow the Knee
Come Christians, Join to Sing
Complete in Thee
Fairest Lord Jesus
God Is Our Strength and Refuge
Hallelujah We Shall Rise
In Christ Alone
Lord, You've Been Faithful
Nearer, Still Nearer
Our Great Savior
Praise the Lord, Sing Hallelujah!
Rejoice The Lord Is King
Until Then
