Ben Hicks
Ben Hicks grew up in central New York and professed faith in Christ when he was four years old. From a young age Ben was sensitive to the Lord’s leading, and as a teenager felt called into the ministry. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible, a Master of Arts in Bible, and a Master of Divinity. Ben recently married Brittany and together they enjoy serving the young adults at Colonial.
During his training, Ben has had the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of ministry opportunities. He has served in youth groups, children’s programs, Christian camps, prison ministries, nursing home ministries, and has ministered to college students extensively working for student life in both his undergraduate and graduate years. Ben desires to see young adults come to saving faith in Christ, passionately pursue Him on a personal and corporate level, and faithfully contribute to and participate in His body, the church.
Ben married his wife Brittany in the summer of 2018. They have a one-year old daughter named Kaylin and a little boy on the way, due in June of 2020.
