We have learned a lot since we gathered for our first live service on May 31, 2020. We are still learning, and one thing we are learning well is the need to be flexible.
In order to continue providing a safe and physically-distanced environment, we will continue gathering for morning services at 8:45 AM and 11:00 AM with Sunday School classes at 10:00 AM. We will not resume our adult small groups yet.
Marion County continues to require masks to be worn while assembling in indoor venues. Thank you for helping us provide a safe place to worship by observing this ordinance. While facilities may be filled to 75% capacity, physical distancing of 6 feet is still expected with those outside of one’s household. Please be seated with this in mind.

COVID Questions for Kids: Many have wondered what our plan is for kids with masks. First, per the mayor’s guidelines, masks are required in two situations: (1) when indoors (exceptions for while eating, with family, and in isolated rooms) and (2) when outside and unable to physically distance. For Junior Church, parents will accompany their kids from the auditorium to their children’s church classroom. Children will sit in physically-distanced chairs and will need to wear masks.
Thank you for your patience in all of this. We’re doing our best to “submit ourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake,” (1 Peter 2:13) and to provide an atmosphere for everyone that is safe and God-honoring.
