Support StaffNell Collins - Hope in CrisisDr. Nell Collins is a certified biblical counselor with N.A.N.C. She received an honorary Doctorate of Humanities in 1992. She is a cancer survivor and the founder and director of Hope In Crisis®, a ministry of Colonial Hills Baptist Church. Under the oversight of the local church pastor, this ministry trains ladies of the local church to give biblical hope to those facing crisis. She oversees the ladies' follow-up ministry, the ladies' jail ministry, and teaches a high-school girls' Bible class at Colonial Christian School.
Dan & Barb Elkins - LIFT MinistriesDan Elkins ministers through church media and promotions. Having grown up at Colonial, he returned home to run the print shop after completing his bachelor’s in art in 1980. Since then he has expanded the ministry to include web and multimedia. He founded LIFT Ministries in 2000, a ministry of media consulting for missionaries and ministries around the world. He is married to Barb Elkins, who teaches preschool at Colonial Christian School.
Rick Harrison--Facilities ManagerRick joined the staff at Colonial in 2008. As the facilities manager, he maintains the buildings and grounds, carefully stewarding the resources God has given us. Rick also coaches soccer and basketball at Colonial Christian School. His wife, Chris, teaches third grade at Colonial Christian School. They have three sons. Rick enjoys mission trips and golf.
Diana Hamrick - Administrative AssistantDiana has been on staff at Colonial for over fifteen years. She is Pastor Phelps' administrative assistant and the church office manager. Terry and Diana have two children and four grandsons. They enjoy spending time with their family and traveling. Diana also enjoys cooking, knitting, and scrapbooking. Connie Klingerman - Administrative AssistantAfter working at Colonial Christian School for nine years, Connie joined the staff at Colonial Hills Baptist Church in 2003. She provides secretarial support for the pastoral staff and manages the church website. Connie grew up at Colonial. She met Greg in the youth group and they married in 1980. They have two children, a son-in-law, and three grandchildren. Greg and Connie love spending time with their families and traveling. Mike Manor - Staff EvangelistMike was saved in 1975 and called to preach in 1977. He served as a pastor for five and a half years in Portland, Indiana. In 1990 he felt God calling him into full-time evangelism and became our staff evangelist. He has recently released a CD of his own music called "Stay the Course." |
